Dr. Ryan Clarke, Managing Director and Co-Founder

Dr. Ryan Clarke is a multi-domain strategic intelligence veteran with an international career in leadership positions in defense technology companies, investment banking, venture capital, biodefense, strategic think tanks and Tier 1 national security units. He is the author of seven books/monographs and over 70 journal articles. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge where he was awarded the Salje Medal for the most innovative research. Dr. Clarke is a Senior Fellow at the National University of Singapore. He has lived in the Indo-Pacific for 18 years and has a lock on this domain.

Hans Ulrich Käser, Intelligence Director and Co-Founder

Hans is a management consultant providing government agencies, critical infrastructure providers and private companies across industries with advice on establishing resilient structures and managing strategic risks. He also developed networked assessment models for public and private organizations to remain viable in an age of rapid and profound transformations. A trained intelligence officer, he served in combined NATO missions and exercises before joining the private sector where he built and managed various risk functions for multinational financial institutions in London and New York. Hans holds Masters Degrees in International Relations from the Geneva Graduate Institute of International Studies, and Security Studies from Georgetown University. As a researcher at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC he published several reports on strategic budgetary analysis and defense procurement. 

LJ Eads, Technology Director and Co-Founder

LJ Eads is a prior U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer, Signals Intelligence Analyst, and the Founder of Data Abyss. LJ is the Director of Research Intelligence at Parallax Advanced Research. He has developed artificial intelligence capabilities in the domains of Space, Cyber, and Open-Source Intelligence for the Intelligence Community. He currently develops capabilities that are directly improving the United States ability to collect, analyze, and provide intelligence products in the arena of China’s strategic science and technology development using multi-lingual open sources.
